You may return the product in case of
If you have received a product which is “Damaged, tampered order packing at the time of receipt. Incorrect specifications in terms of size and / or design provided by you. And you wish to return the product, you have 15 days (48 hours for damaged and defective) to raise a return request by just following the below mentioned procedures:

SHUBTARA will not be liable to bear any shipping and / or handling costs involved in returning the product order back to the company.
